Our Staff

RMSC has a dedicated staff of over 40 employees who provide a wide variety of in-house as well as community outreach and advocacy services. As one of the most innovative community-based organizations, RMSC is able to effectively provide support and service to a community with changing needs.

RMSC trained staff are dedicated to the task of helping individuals "Bridge the Gap of Possibilities" for themselves and families through a focus on economic opportunity, educational access/achievement, family intervention and support. Our programs and services are delivered through a goal-oriented, solution- based outcomes model for the whole person/family as opposed to a narrow focus on addressing only the individual challenge. To ensure this is done, RMSC provides a variety of programs and services, all of which are unique. Innovation is encouraged and a commitment to the RMSC mission is a mandate. The commitment to RMSC’s mission “to provide a host of services for youth and families designed to strengthen, stabilize, sustain, shelter and unify our community” makes it possible for RMSC to provide a “Wrap-Around” model of service delivery that is effective.
